For me this was one of your best compiled grids with impeccable wordplay and attn to details, the way Flanders has been linked to Belgium for instance.

A difficult puzzle, also one of your most enjoyable. This is just the way I like it – no dictionaries or GK needed, but a good amount of brain-work.
Many clues were great, if I had to pick two best ones I’d say Cryptonyte’s Captain Planet (25A) and Diogenes’s relative abroad (4D).
It’s not every setter that can be fair, creative and challenging all at the same time, but you guys manage it. Awesome work!
